 Mama and Papa

meet Cleo and Nelson

CLEO: LITTLE LOVE

She’s the definition of laid-back—content to lounge for hours, but always alert when the treat jar rattles. Win her trust with a snack, and you’ve got a loyal shadow for life. Her snuggling skills? Elite. She’ll curl up so perfectly, you’ll forget what personal space ever was. Cleo is 10 lbs. and is an adorable AKC mini poodle.

Nelson: happy as a clam

Nelson, our AKC Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, is the kind of dog who turns an ordinary day into something warmer and funnier without even trying. He’s happy as a clam from the moment he trots into the room, tail swishing like he’s greeting his favorite people every single time. He’s also a shameless sock thief—blink once and he’s trotting off with one dangling from his mouth, proud as can be. But when the excitement settles, he melts into snuggles like it’s his true calling, curling up close and settling in with that soft, contented sigh that makes everything feel right in the world. Nelson weighs 15lbs.

Cavapoo Puppies at 9 Weeks

Goodness, aren't they just the cutest. We worked on more sit training, introduced them to new puzzle toys, had their final vet exams, and played and played. We started the weaning process today. Time has just flown by, we are soaking up our last 2 weeks.

Cavapoo Puppies at 8 Weeks

We had friends over this week so they of course wanted to spend time with the pups. What a great time that was. :) They are a lover of people and toys! We worked on sit training this week and more crate time. They also went to the vet so had a few car rides as well. The weather has been beautiful, they have been enjoying that to the fullest. What a sweet bunch of boys!

Cavapoo Puppies at 7 Weeks

These boys are just the sweetest! They are always up for a good time. They are manding very well! We worked on more closed crate time this week and it is getting better everyday. They are building confidence away from mom and don't miss her near as much.  Next week we will do interactive play!

Cavapoo Puppies at 6 Weeks

Whew, these 3 are so stinking cute, we are soaking up all the love they have to give! They are fun and playful and have come out of their shells so much in the last week. Cam's litte legs are doing much better and will contuine to strengthen! They seemed to like the treats, but loved Em's much better. ;) We will start manding training next week and more crate time!

Cavapoo Puppies at 5 Weeks

Aren't they just the cutest guys?! They were ok with the big kid pen, but missed mom alot. We will keep working with them so they start to build confidence away from her for short periods! It makes the weaning process so much better and less scary for them. Cam has a little brace on his back legs to keep them together! It happens often that their back legs "sprawl" so we strengthen the back legs by holding them together for a week or so until they are good to go! It doesn't phase him a bit and he is getting around wonderfully with it! They are a very sweet group of boys and we are excited to see their personalities really start to show in the next couple of weeks! This next week we will start treat training and closed crate time. :)

Cavapoo Puppies at 4 Weeks

Darling boys with their eye wide open! They are starting to "stumble" around and it couldn't be cuter. Next week will bring lots of changes, new play area, puppy mash and more!

Cavapoo Puppies at 3 Weeks

Such beautiful little babes! Love the array of colors! Their eyes just opened a few days ago. We couldn't be more smitten. We will finish up the super dog program in the next couple of days. They are starting to scoot around more and it couldn't be more adorable.
