Cavapoo Puppies at 8 Weeks
Goodness, aren't they just the cutest. We worked on more sit training, introduced them to new puzzle toys, had their final vet exams, and played and played. We started the weaning process today. Time has just flown by, we are soaking up our last 2 weeks.
They were so excited to be introduced into the big play area. They have been eyeing for the last week. :) They did great on manding this week, and loved the treats that came along with it. Vacuum training didn't phase them much, they are a pretty confident group! Closed crate time is getting much better!
Oh goodness, aren't they just the sweetest!? They are a very deep red! Eyes wide open and checking out this big ole world. We are almost done with our super dog program! Este shares so well and is a wonderful first time mama!
Goodness, look at those adorable puppy rolls. We are swooning over these little ones. They are starting to walk around a lot and are interacting with us. It is so fun to watch them "wake" up and watch all that is going on around them.
Look at those sweet little pups go! They are walking around and starting to explore all the new things. They loved their bigger play space and enjoyed a variety of diffrent toys and textures. We introduced them to the crate this week and kept the door open so they could roam in and out for naps. We will work on closed crate time next week. Their personalities are starting to show and we love what we see!
Oh goodness, can you handle those sweet faces? We are all swooning over here. We introduced treats this week (they loved them as you can see!) Which will help so much when we start to work on manding next week. They aren't loving the closed crate time right now but will learn to enjoy their "den" over the next few weeks. We had several real life thunderstorms this past week so we didn't have to use Alexa to recreate the sound for desensitizing purposes. ;) They are a very friendly group and soak up any attention they can get.
Mama and Papa
meet Este and Mitt
ESTE: Darling Dear
Este's the kind of girl who wins you over without even trying—sweet to her core, loyal in that steady, heart‑deep way, and always ready to bring a little fun into the room. Her guardian family is her whole world, and she shows it in every wag, nuzzle, and joyful trot to their side. And watching her step into motherhood for the first time has been something special; she’s taken to it with such natural grace and devotion, proving she’s not just a wonderful companion but a truly remarkable mama too. Este is an AKC Cavalier King Charles and is 10 lbs.
Mitt: Sweet as can be!
He may be small in size, but his heart is big and full of love . Gentle as they come, affectionate, and happiest when he is curled up close to his favorite people. Mitt is a AKC registered poodle. He is 9 lbs.
Since this is Este's first litter we don't have any past litter pictures, but we we would expect them to look like this...
