Weekly Video Pupdates
Oh gracious! I can't even handle how cute these three are. They have really "woken up" over the last few days and are starting to do the puppy stumble. Which is adorable. :) Next week will bring some big changes with sound desensitizing and a new play area. We will also introduce the crate next week. Stay tuned!
How are they 5 weeks old already?! They are a very sweet group of pups. They loved their puppy mash this week, but are not fond of the crate. (they will get used to it over the next several weeks!) Knox is struggling with a back leg issue that we are vetting for currently, it is not bothering him in the least so that is great news! We introduced them to treats this week and they are definitely going to be food motivated pups! They are enjoying the new toys and space. Next week we will work on manding and introduce them to the big room.
They are becoming so much more independent! I love to watch them become more confident. They are a very sweet group that adore people! We worked on vacuum training, manding, and introduced them to the big play area. We also started working on closed crate training. Next week we will introduce them to interactive toys and do some water play.
How are they already 8 Weeks old? Weaning will start this week, they will spend their days without mama, but then snuggle her again at night! We are enjoying how bouncy and fun they are, but yet will snuggle up anytime you want. it's just the best. They adore their crate and will bring every toy in to munch on it! We played a lot this week, puzzle toys and all. They went for a few stroller rides and all the way to the vet as well. Lucy from Esme's litter joined in on playtime today as she does often!
Aw, such smart babes. Sitting/ laying/ spinning! :) We are enjoying them all so much. They are social and active but not overly so. They love anything that moves and fully believe everyone is their best friend. ;) We worked on halter training this week along with the tricks mentioned above. They have done great with weaning and are going to start sleeping alone in their own crates tomorrow!

Jax is our bright, outgoing boy who never misses a chance to make a new friend. He’s playful, affectionate, and always ready to bring the fun—whether it’s a game of fetch or a cozy cuddle session. A true people-pup with a heart of gold! Jax is a AKC poodle, he is 16 lbs.

Yes, breeding dogs are health-tested for genetic conditions common to the breed, which helps ensure healthy puppies..
What size and generation are your Cavapoos?
Current LittersGolden Valley Cavapoos are usually small to medium in size. Generations vary (such as F1, F1b, or multigen), we currently only raise F1 cavapoos. So both parents are AKC purebreds. See Our Current Litters.
How do you match puppies with families?
This is one of my favorite parts of the process! Matching is often done based on temperament evaluations, family preferences, and application responses to ensure a great fit.
Do you offer any support after pickup?
Yes! We are here to support you during the transition, and we’re always available to answer questions as your puppy grows.
When can I take my puppy home?
Our puppies go to their forever homes at 10 weeks. We keep our little ones two weeks beyond the standard 8 weeks for additional time to wean and to ensure they are well-adjusted, happy, and healthy!
