Look at those eyes just starting to peek open! Can't get over how little and sweet these babes are.
Look at those little wiggles. :) They are starting to stumble around a bit, but still not going too far from mama. They are top notch snugglers at this point. Next week we will introduce them to their new play area.
Goodness look how tiny they are! Whew! Such cute little peanuts. :) They are wondering what happened to their little cozy area. They will start puppy mash this week, and we will work on sound desensitizing. I know they will shock us all next week and be bouncing around and the "newborn" stage will be over. Slow down time.
And just like that they are know longer in the newborn stage. :) It's amazing how fast they grow up. Lucy from Esme's litter is a playmate to these babes often and they love her dearly! We introduced treats this week and as you can see they loved them. Treat motivated puppies are so easy to train. They are a very peppy group and are going to be loads of fun in the weeks to come. You will notice the "itches", they don't wear their collars on a daily basis, only for videos. They think they are just the itchest things ever. ;)
Still a little wet from their bath and water play, but just as tiny and cute as ever. :) They are starting to get the hang of sitting, and didn't know what to think of the interactive ball, but the vacuum was not a big deal. They are a social group and love to meet everyone and steal as many treats as possible! Weaning starts today! How did they get this old?!

Our Ms. Freckles is a character, she is without a doubt the goofiest of pups. She is always up to something, with her perky ears and wagging tail! Independent yet affectionate, she knows when to offer a nudge or a soft nuzzle, showing love without fuss. A true companion with a heart as big as the sky. Freckles is an AKC Cavalier King Charles and is 10 lbs.
Mitt: Sweet as can be!
He may be small in size, but his heart is big and full of love . Gentle as they come, affectionate, and happiest when he is curled up close to his favorite people. Mitt is a AKC registered poodle. He is 9 lbs.

Yes, breeding dogs are health-tested for genetic conditions common to the breed, which helps ensure healthy puppies..
What size and generation are your Cavapoos?
Current LittersGolden Valley Cavapoos are usually small to medium in size. Generations vary (such as F1, F1b, or multigen), we currently only raise F1 cavapoos. So both parents are AKC purebreds. See Our Current Litters.
How do you match puppies with families?
This is one of my favorite parts of the process! Matching is often done based on temperament evaluations, family preferences, and application responses to ensure a great fit.
Do you offer any support after pickup?
Yes! We are here to support you during the transition, and we’re always available to answer questions as your puppy grows.
When can I take my puppy home?
Our puppies go to their forever homes at 10 weeks. We keep our little ones two weeks beyond the standard 8 weeks for additional time to wean and to ensure they are well-adjusted, happy, and healthy!
