At Golden Valley Puppies, we pour our hearts into raising healthy, happy Cavapoos, and we stand behind every puppy that leaves our home. We know bringing a new puppy into your family is a big decision, and it’s important to us that you feel confident and supported throughout the process.

Health Guarantee
Feel Confident About Your Cavapoo
Your puppy comes with a two-year genetic health guarantee, covering any life-altering congenital conditions such as:
- Epilepsy
- Deafness
- Blindness
- Liver shunt
- Heart murmur
We also provide a seven-day guarantee from the pickup date for any viral illness, giving you peace of mind during that early transition period.
Required Vet Check
To keep this guarantee valid, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) business days of bringing them home.
If a serious congenital issue is discovered during that initial visit, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available.
Please note: shipping or transport costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
If no vet check is completed within that three-day window, the health guarantee is void.
What’s Not Covered
Our guarantee doesn’t cover:
- Minor illnesses
- Parasites such as giardia or coccidia
- Hypoglycemia
- Hernias
Illnesses caused by accidents, injury, poor diet, ingestion of foreign objects, chemicals, food, or lack of proper care.
We are not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred unless we have consented in writing beforehand to do so. The decision to reimburse bills incurred is up to our discretion. At no time will your credit exceed the purchase price of your puppy (the purchase price does not include shipping or any special arrangements). We assume no responsibility for the animal after the delivery date for any medical expense, human allergies, training difficulties or behavior problems. Once your puppy is in your care, all medical and general care becomes your responsibility. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated.
In the Unlikely Event of Loss
If your puppy passes away due to a congenital condition within 24 months of birth, we require a necropsy (performed at your expense) by a licensed veterinarian or veterinary hospital. If the report confirms a qualifying genetic defect, we’ll provide a replacement puppy of equal value. A written statement from the licensed veterinarian must be provided. The guarantee is void in the event of an indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis.
Conditions of Sale
A Healthy Start Begins at Home
All purchasers agree to:
Provide annual veterinary care, keep all immunizations current according to AVMA guidelines, and properly administer monthly heartworm preventative.
Provide adequate housing according to state law; confine the animal in a fenced yard or a kennel run, or walk on leash, but not restrain the dog on rope or chain.
Pay for the seller’s legal fees should the purchaser not fulfill contractual obligations. The purchaser agrees to let the seller determine the venue. Should any litigation arise regarding the Cavapoo puppy for any reason, the purchaser is obligated to pay the seller’s legal fees.
Rehoming Policy
If at any point in your dog’s life you’re unable to keep them, we ask that you reach out to us first. We’re happy to welcome the dog back or help find them a new, loving home. While we do not issue refunds, we will always help where we can.
Non-Transferable
This agreement is made between Golden Valley Puppies and the original purchaser. If ownership is transferred or the puppy is rehomed without our involvement, this guarantee becomes void.
